  Harriet and Lachlan were excellent agents during our purchase in Gordon. Lachlan treated us with respect and openness during the inspections and Harriet helped us with a settlement issue professionally and promptly. There were no games played, just excellent communication and understanding. Highly recommended.

  I can't speak more highly of Jason Handreck from Rayner First National Ballan. Not only is Jason abreast of tenancy policy, he has a wealth of knowledge in general home maintenance and repairs. Jason is always accessible by phone which is important to me and keeps me up to date.

  Recently become a tenant @ Rayner Real Estate Ballan with Jason Handreck as my property manager and everything is going excellently! Coming from Melbourne out to the countryside was made very easy dealing with this agency due to their genial, professional and efficient vibe, so I felt I was in good hands straight away. The office staff are warm and welcoming so they are a pleasure to deal with over the phone or in person and Jason my property manager is the best! He is professional, friendly, responsive with excellent customer service. He even went out of his way to get some extra things organised to make my new rental house even better! Jason is that rare kind of thoughtful professional property manager who knows his stuff so everything runs smoothly, so I really feel very lucky to be renting from these guys!
