- shaylene drury Added February 20, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have just found out that I have waited for 10 months for a knee replacement in considerable pain and the referral wasn't sent through or was sent to the wrong number or whatever happened. I received no paper work for this referral as it was handed into the receptionist. Have making some enquiries the receptionist was rude and disgusting, talking over me will little or no consideration for any pain that I might have been in. The Drs. here are wonderful. shame you have to deal with the receptionists. You say you assume no responsibility, well how can I assume responsibility when I handed the paper work into you. Ten months of pain and now I have to start again.
